The project is located in the northeast of Huijing New Town in Tianhe Center, adjacent to the Pearl River New Town in the south, and adjacent to the Science City and the prime area of Smart City. The building area is 94000 square meters, consisting of 408 western-style houses, and is a luxury small high-rise residential building. The main facade of this project adopts a vertically installed terracotta facades system. The lines of the terracotta are more warm and delicate, which can create circular corners that cannot be reproduced by ordinary materials, enhancing the three-dimensional and dynamic sense of the facade. Overall, it is more earthquake resistant, wind pressure resistant, corrosion resistant, and high-temperature resistant.
